Law Enforcement Protocols

Last updated July 29, 2026

This page explains how law enforcement and government agencies may request information from MyChaperon™, what we generally need in a request, and how we handle emergencies. It is published so our practices are transparent to members and agencies alike.

1. Who we are

MyChaperon (mychaperon.ai) is operated by Agentic Tech LLC, based in the United States. We provide a subscription introductions platform: professional, interest-based, friendship, and dating-related introductions mediated by an AI Chaperon. We do not provide escort services, adult content marketplaces, or commercial sexual services.

2. Scope

These protocols apply to formal requests from law enforcement, national security, or other government agencies seeking member account data, communications, or other records held by MyChaperon™. They complement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

3. Legal process we generally require

Except in limited emergency situations described below, we disclose non-public member information only in response to valid legal process, such as:

  • a subpoena, court order, search warrant, or equivalent lawful compulsory process; or
  • other written legal process that, under applicable law, authorises or requires disclosure.

Requests must be issued by a competent authority and correctly identify the account or person sought (for example email address, member user id, or other unique identifier we can match).

4. What a complete request should include

  • Requesting agency name, badge or case number, and a point-of-contact email and phone.
  • Legal process document (PDF) and the statutory or court basis for the request.
  • Specific data categories requested (e.g. account registration, profile fields, payment identifiers, chat metadata, content of messages) and the relevant time range.
  • Identifiers sufficient to locate the account without a fishing expedition across all members.
  • Any sealing, non-disclosure, or production deadline orders (we will follow lawful non-disclosure orders).

5. How to submit

Send requests to legal@mychaperon.ai (or, if that address is unavailable, hello@mychaperon.ai with subject line Law Enforcement Request). Do not use public social media channels for legal process.

Members with ordinary support questions should use mychaperon.ai/support, not this channel.

6. Emergencies

If there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, contact your local emergency services first. Agencies may then contact us at the addresses above marked EMERGENCY. We may, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy, disclose limited information without prior process when we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to prevent or respond to such imminent harm. We may later require formal process to document the request.

MyChaperon™ is not a crisis hotline, emergency dispatch, or substitute for 911 (or local equivalent).

7. Child safety and trafficking

We prohibit human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, and any attempt to contact or exploit minors on the platform (see our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy). We report apparent child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authorities and will cooperate with lawful investigations of trafficking and related crimes.

8. What we may hold

Depending on the account and product use, records may include registration email, profile information, intents and preferences, Chaperon conversation logs, introduction records, limited payment and subscription identifiers (card data is held by Stripe, not by us), identity-verification outcomes and Stripe session references (document images are processed by Stripe Identity under its terms), and technical logs. Availability and retention vary; we do not guarantee that every category exists for every account.

9. User notice

Where legally permitted, we may notify the affected member that we received a request for their data before or after production. We will not provide notice when prohibited by law or by a valid non-disclosure order, or when notice would create a risk of harm or destruction of evidence.

10. International requests

We are a US operator. Non-US authorities should generally work through applicable mutual legal assistance treaties or other recognised channels. We evaluate foreign requests under applicable US law and our policies.

11. Cost recovery

Where permitted by law, we may seek reimbursement of reasonable costs of producing records in response to legal process.
