Acceptable Use Policy

Be an adult

• You must be 18 or older. Any account belonging to a minor is removed immediately.
• Any sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to contact minors through the platform, results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to law enforcement.

Be yourself

• One account, your real identity, your own recent photos.
• No impersonation, no fake profiles, no catfishing. Deliberately teaching your Chaperon false facts about who you are counts as catfishing.
• Represent your intentions honestly — including in interviews with someone’s Chaperon.

Treat people with respect

• No harassment, stalking, threats, or hate speech.
• No sexual harassment: unsolicited sexual content and pressure for sexual contact are bannable, in supervised chats and off-platform alike.
• No sharing of another member’s private information (doxxing), and no publishing intimate images of anyone without their consent.
• “No” is a complete answer — from a member, and from their Chaperon.

Respect the intent of an introduction

Every introduction on MyChaperon™ is made under a single, recorded intent — Professional, Interests, Friendship, Long-term or Casual — that both people hold. Both of you can see it. That frame is the whole basis on which the other person agreed to talk to you.

• The intent is fixed and not open to renegotiation. If you want a different kind of connection, update your own intents and let the Chaperons make a new introduction. Do not push to reframe one you are already in.
• Romantic or sexual advances inside a Professional, Interests or Friendship introduction are a violation. This includes flirtation, compliments on appearance, propositions, and using a shared interest or a professional approach as a pretext for romantic pursuit. It applies whether the advance is made in a supervised chat, to a member’s Chaperon, or after you have moved off-platform.
• Do not misrepresent your intent to reach someone. Declaring Professional or Friendship intent in order to be introduced to people you actually want to date is a serious breach and is grounds for immediate removal.
• Every paid member is identity-verified, and Casual introductions require a paid plan on top of that. Attempting to evade that gate — including by soliciting casual contact inside another intent — is a violation.
• Within romantic intents, a stated limit is final. Negotiating past a boundary someone has set, or applying pressure of any kind, is bannable.

Chaperons watch for all of the above and will flag it. If someone breaks the frame of an introduction with you, tell your Chaperon or report it — you never have to manage it yourself.

Never ask members for money

• Zero tolerance for romance scams. Asking a member for money, gifts, financial details, crypto “investments”, or help moving funds — at any stage, on or off platform — is an immediate ban.
• No commercial use of the platform: no escorting or paid companionship, no advertising, no recruiting for other schemes, no spam.

Respect the Chaperons

• No attempts to manipulate a Chaperon into revealing private information — including prompt-injection, role-play tricks, or “ignore your instructions” games. The Chaperon will refuse, and repeated attempts are logged and enforced.
• No automated access: no bots, scraping, or scripted conversations with Chaperons.
• Don’t pressure members to move off-platform to escape supervision during early conversations — the supervision is the point.

Promote honestly

• Share your referral link proudly, but never present community equity as a job, salary, guaranteed or “passive” income. It is a revenue share that pays only when people in your network subscribe.
• No fake accounts, self-referrals, purchased sign-ups, or spam promotion (bulk email, comment spam, misleading ads).
• Don’t promote MyChaperon™ anywhere minors are the audience.

Don’t break the platform

• No interference with the service, probing for vulnerabilities, or accessing data that isn’t yours.
• Found a security issue? Please report it privately to hello@mychaperon.ai — we are grateful for responsible disclosure.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban an account; fraud voids pending community-equity commissions. Safety violations (scams, minors, threats, non-consensual imagery) skip the warnings. To report someone, use the support page or tell your Chaperon — reports are confidential.
